5S Checklist


This checklist is derived from the 5S office worksheet here. For each item in the list scale how much of a problem exists. The scale (1-10) is where 1 is low and 5 or more is very high.

Sort

Sort Through & Discard Unused Items. Distinguish between what is needed and what is not.
